If you care about SQL Server performance you need to take SQL Server Statistics into account.
You can do it using T-SQL Commands or simply set Sql Bak Maintenance Job (see below).
Use the following T-SQL Command to update the statistics for an index All you need is simply set Sql Bak maintenance job.
If the trigger is fired, a special type of virtual tables called Inserted and Deleted tables will be used to keep the data values before and after the modification.
The trigger statement will work under the scope of the same transaction that fires that trigger.
